New York -[/u] CJ Jordan has been very busy over the past day. Jordan decided to declare himself a free agent in the United Football Sim League. Jordan who was a free safety in the VFL before leaving professional football for a few years is happy to be back. When asked why he took a few years off from football Jordan, who is now twenty two years old, said he needed a few years to grow up. Jordan said he is now married and has two young sons and is ready to get back to playing the sport he loves to play. Jordan and his agent have been very busy all day receiving offers from different teams. In the UFSL a free agent has to wait 24 hours after declaring free agency before accepting a contract, so Jordan has time to decide. The big decision that has to be made is what position does he want to play. It has been said that Jordan has got offers to play free safety, cornerback and outside linebacker. Sources say Jordan would rather stay at safety or cornerback and not move to outside linebacker, but that has not been confirmed. Jordan said he is spending Thanksgiving with the family tomorrow but will be on his iphone with his agent most of the day. He said he would like to make his decision sometime after 5pm eastern time. ESPN has contacted Jordan about possibly doing a decision show where he can announce his decision on live television, but it is unclear if Jordan accepted the offer.
