This is Taylor "The Hitting Machine" Green. I will be reporting on my week so far. It has been a strange week for the Seattle Stormtroopers. Seattle started with a big win over the Reno Predators. The week ended with a loss to the St Peter Griffins and the aftermath.
What are some reasons that could have changed the fortunes of Taylor "The Hitting Machine" Green and the Seattle Stormtroopers? How much did the team celebration after the first game effect the team? Did the rumors of KJ Bryant having a gambling problem effect the team? Did the Big East's invitation disrupt the preparation of the Stormtroopers? What effect did it have on the Stormtroopers when QB Landon Carter went to the media?
The National Labor Relations Board or NLRB showed up at the headquarters of the Seattle Stormtroopers. The NLRB said that they had received an anonymous tip that someone on the team wanted to form a union. Someone had complained about unfair and unsafe working conditions. What in the world was going on? The Drug Enforcement Agency or DEA showed up to practice also demanding that all employees and players get drug tested.
This was causing mass confusion. Players and team employees were trying to call their lawyers. Was this legal? Who could have complained to the NLRB? I called my personal assistant to tell her what was going on. I told her to find me a lawyer. Who had called in the DEA? Was someone on the team using recreational drugs or steroids?
Bam Risso had complained to the media before about being beat up on his first day of training camp. Was it possible that he had called all these federal agencies? Could it have been his girlfriend? They seem like the most likely canidates. Bam Risso might have thought he would not have been beaten up if he was a union member.
The NLRB told the team that their will be a vote to determine if the Seattle Stormtroopers will be unionized. Will the rest of the league be forced to have a union vote? Will the USFL be forced to be a union?
Breaking news:
The FBI is now investigating a gambling ring. There are reports that the game between the St. Peter Griffins and the Seattle Stormtroopers was fixed. There are reports that some of the Stormtroopers took bribes. Could it have been KJ Bryant? Was he trying to repay some of his gambling debts? Was the simmer involved in the fix since their were not a lot of pictures during the sim. Here is a quote by the Gm of the St Peter Griffins. "I agree. I'd like moar pictures, but it's late over there"
Was the New York Nightmare vs Reno Predators game fixed as well? Was the league Administration involved in the scandal?
The UFSL does have a betting site. The site is run by league officials. The league updaters did not update players attributes before the week 2 games. Was this part of the fixing scandal? There was a delay in simming the New York Nightmare vs Reno Predators game. Were the simmers waiting for instructions from the leagues betting site? Were the quarterbacks and Wide receivers in on the scandal?
Stay tuned for more news.
