UCF standout and hip hop mogul Rick Ross has declared himself eligible for the UFSL, according to reports. Ross was involved in the famed UCF betting scandal, which made him ineligible for his senior year. Over this time, Ross underwent quite the transformation. He used to tip the scales at 320 pounds, but since he was unable to play this past season, he decided to change his life. Now, Ross is some 100 pounds lighter, thus boosting his versatility on the field. Ross is expected to be highly touted around the league, as he has hired an entire PR team for his career. Ross is represented by the Maybach Music Group, a record company that Ross had started. Ross’s constituents have already begun trying to contact UFSL front offices to see just how interested they are in signing their client. Reports say Ross has no preference as to which team he goes to, but the front office needs to show a strong interest in him wherever he goes. There’s a sense that if nobody is interested in Ross from the get go, he may decide to give up the idea of football altogether and just focus on his music.
