Basically something that will not be tollerated in this league is slacking on grading. Once the season starts no PT will be sitting for longer than 4 days before I personally grade it and fire the inactives. Not trying to be a dick but this is a league killer and it won't be tollerated here. So to all you graders... get to work.

The reality of people wanting to grade is to earn more TPE for their player. What sucks is that they want to do only what's easy for them to earn points. So graphics will always get graded first. It's like easy money.
My personal opinion is that... We should get rid of them graders who only want to grade graphics and give the jobs to people who know how to live up to their 'Graders" title. You're just being a plain "FAG" if you're only grading graphics... And if anyone takes offense to what I'm saying good.. Cause obviously you're the one I'm talking to.
