With the Reno Predators vs St. Peter Griffins Sunday Night Game just around the corner, the Sunday Night interview was leaked. It was between Elijah McNugget, Reno Predators running back, and Tony Dungy. However, the video of the two talking wasn't leaked so you will have to listen to the radio version instead of watching the interview.
Tony Dungy: The only other two leagues that your agent was in since the start died after just a season. What are your expectations for this league?
Elijah McNugget: Yeah, it's a disappointment that those two leagues died so early. My agent said that they both had potential, they just didn't have the right man in control. By looking back at their site database, both leagues looked pretty active in their time. As for this league, I don't really know if I can set a specific season to it. The league's staff are great. Both commissioners are top notch members. All the staff have experience. However, every league has it's issues and sometimes the issues are worse than other times. Hopefully this league can avoid those issues and go for a long time.
Tony Dungy: Yeah, hopefully it does go for a while. Then we don't have to watch Goodell's pussy league. It's been said that in past leagues you had quite a bit of an ego, will that carry over with you to the UFSL?
Elijah McNugget: Yes, I had quite a big ego in SSN actually. I didn't exactly realize how bad it made me look until the end of it. So, with that said, I won't have an ego at all here. It'll be number two goal not to have an ego, number 1 being, wreck the league, that is, statistically. There won't be any complaining from me this time around. If I don't like people in the locker room, I'll simply stay out. If I don't like the team, I'll put that behind me and keep performing on the field.
Tony Dungy: Well that's good, don't want one of the best backs in the league to be an egomaniac, haha. And with the mention of best backs in the league, what are your expectations for yourself this season?
Elijah McNugget: Well that's debatable. I honestly don't even know what type of offense my GM is planning on running. So I guess my expectations for myself are just to do my best and go 110% each and every game. Backs in previous leagues like this are constantly up and down and very inconsistent. So I guess that's another goal of mine, to be able to come into each week consistently putting up good numbers. And last but not least, I want to be able to lead the Reno Predators to a season 1 championship.
Tony Dungy: You talk about bringing Reno to the season 1 championship, what do you think you're chances are at that?
Elijah McNugget: I'm not going to lie, it's going to be hard. Definitely going to be hard. But we have the talent to do it, no doubt about that. We have experienced agents such as Shotty, Diamond_Ace, InstantRockstar and so on that will commit to the league and make us a championship caliber team. I know that this league has my full commitment and that I'll be dedicated until the end.
