effort - 2/2 - this is actually really nice, a little small but I mean, some people like graphics that size.
look - 1.75/2 - I really cannot believe I have to deduct this, but I mean, some of it really doesn't work for me. Size really does kill it for me, text is pretty bad can't lie, and there is nothing really going on either than a really unique background. I think more textures up front to blend everything together would of made this a home run.
creativity - 1/1 - yes

* Effort: 2/2 -- Solid effects.
* Look: 1.75/2 -- The smaller size kills it for me as well. If it was bigger I feel it could look a lot better. Still good though.
