effort - 2/2 - you're always good with graphics, I remember you making this tbh, I don't think its new for this league, if it is correct me. Its good though, a lot of effort put into it.
look - 1.75/2 - its good and all, but I mean either then some blue effects and some render effects, idk I just think simplistic kinda works but at the same time doesn't. The text works with "Mega Man" being all sci fi and all.
creativity - 1/1 - yes sir.
total - 4.75/5

* Effort: 2/2 -- Definitely.
* Look: 1.75/2 -- The only complaint I have is when I first looked at it, it took me a second to realize what it was. Other then that, its very nice.
