The evil Dr. Wily has been behind bars for over a year, now, so Mega Man has found himself with nothing to do. He has recently decided that he wants to do more than laze around all day while waiting for Wily to break out of jail again. In the past, he has picked up soccer and auto racing as hobbies, and now he has decided to learn a new sport: football, the American kind. Unfortunately, the other robots declined his offer to play, so he will have to turn to a human league. He found the UFSL (United Football Sim League?). When he filed to join the league, the officials were concerned that Mega Man, as a robot, would have an unfair advantage. To accommodate, Mega Man had Dr. Light make a human suit for him to wear.
Mega Man decided to learn the position of fullback, because it is a relatively useless position. He does not plan on being the best player in the league, and at some point, he could end up having to leave his team and go save the world yet again. The league is also probably in need of fullbacks, so he will likely find himself with a starting position soon.
