effort - 1/2 - I don't see much effort in this. No textures, just made it black and white then kept his pants gold. The text is also kinda iffy.
look - .5/2 - This really isn't the best, and I'm going to be straight forward with you, it really needs a ton of work. I know I'm killing your grade but really, it doesn't look like much. You need better text work, it needs to be closer to the render, and obviously more effects, lighting and textures would benefit here.
creativity - .75/1 - I'll give it to you for now, because its probably your first graphic.
total - 2.25/5

* Effort: 1/2 -- Im sure this probably took you a little bit of time since you said it urself, your not very good.
* Look: .5/2 -- I cant feel comfortable giving it any higher of a grade. If I were you, Id start doing medias.
* Creativity: .5/1 -- Ill give you half
