its true the graders need to pick up their s***. I as a graphic grader have graded EVERY single graphic elaborately, with details and explanations on ways to make the graphic better. Media graders haven't even done anything either than Shotty who needs to take the time to elaborate more as Bash said. you can't compare graphic grading to media grading. Graphic grading takes no effort what-so-ever. As for my grading, I've been busy, I'm going to grade a ton tonite. |

it takes a program with spell check, and little bits of reviewing to see if its league related. Graphic grading you need to know your knowledge about what is being used in the graphic, and most people that have never made a graphic wouldn't know the technical terms  so, its pretty even if you ask me. |

Regardless of whose job is harder, one is being done far more quickly than the other, and they need to be even. So some people--there are four media graders so I'm not directing this at anyone more specific than that--need to step up their game.
