Soooo media grading.

I still think there should be a point system in place...

10 graded Media/Bio = 1 TPE
20 graded graphics = 1 TPE

The problem with graders wanting to grade graphics ONLY, has been happening since I've been around. Sad to say everyone prefers the easy work. That's why this point system should be implemented, IMO.

Graphics shouldn't earn you the same amount of TPE that you'd get for grading a written PT.

When graders finish grading their PTs they provide a link to their grading in the graders forum. There should be a person who doesn't grade, but checks all links being claimed

Yeah, as "hard" as everyone feels grading medias is to grading graphics, having to grade double the graphics just to earn one TPE would really make me rethink being a graphic grader and want to be a media grader.

how about instead of complaining, you just have a little patience, it will always get done (and has gotten done in this instance)

i know that sim league people posting an article today want it graded the day before it was even posted, but just have some fucking patience for once...
