Job Description: 3 media and 3 graphic graders and one head of each will be selected. Those players will be able to grade in their respective category. Pay will be 3 points per period no matter how many sumissions. There will be a waiting list for this and if a grader does not grade I will remove them promptly. If I feel a grader is giving poor grades, I will remove them. If someone is removed and feels it is unjust I will take it up with the other admin members. This will not be a dictatorship. There will also be a panel set up to award one point every week to the best graphic or media spot. Graders can submit also so this will be a lucrative opportunity to out earn your opponents. Why should we pick you: I have a lot of experience as a graphic grader and have been a head grader in a few leagues. I've always been an extremely active member and therefore will get grades in on a timely manner. There's nothing more frustrating that submitting a graphic/media and having to wait for over a week to receive a grade. More importantly, though, I am a fair grader who has experience making graphics. I'm not strict, but on the other hand, I won't be handing out 6's for every graphic.

Why should we pick you: I am very good with graphics, I understand the detail and work that has to be put into each piece made. I have a keen eye for around how many layers were used, and to what extent they were used. I have previous grading experience in other leagues, I was a head grader in one, and am currently a grader in another league. I believe I am extremely qualified.

Why should we pick you: I have very extensive experience in graphic design.. And well, with Photoshop in general. I'm actually currently in the process of working towards getting my certificate in Digital Media Arts/Graphic Design while in College. Currently taking a graphic design class with Photoshop there as we speak, actually. 100+%.... Yeah bitch.... 100+%! But really, none of that matters. I'm extremely active, extremely experienced in using Photoshop, and have plenty of experience when it comes to grading and creating a piece. I think I'd be a pretty safe pick, but that's just me.

Why should we pick you: A lot of sim experience and an appreciation of the effort put in by most agents results in a laid-back but fair grading style. Very active and don't foresee any periods of inactivity or missed grading. Also, the difference in time-zones means that I can be online when most US-based graders might not.

Why should we pick you: I am a good writer and know the difference between quality and shit media and am not afraid to say my own opinion even if it differs from other graders. I also grade fair but I'm not too lenient and will give people what they deserve.
