We’ve got breaking news out of the New York Hot corner. Brandon Iceman has agreed to terms with the New York Nightmare on what is believed to be a two year deal with an option for a third. Sources close to the team say the deal can earn Iceman an estimated fifteen million dollars with ten million being guaranteed. He was offered that much because of his history of producing for every team he’s ever played on. Brandon was regretfully passed on during the draft numerous times, with most new general managers not knowing the potential that a player of Iceman’s caliber would bring. He’s by no means a rookie in these kinds of leagues, but did in fact go into retirement for some period of time.
All that is part of his past now, as he’s poised for greatness with his newly found team. The Nightmare took a huge gamble waiting for Brandon to fall as far down in the draft as he did, but nonetheless it’s paid off well. Brandon will start the season as the Nightmare’s number one running back and has earned it. Iceman is widely known throughout the leagues for his work ethic, his ability to think while having the ball in his hands. He's got blazing speed and great hands which make him a double threat on offense.
