Rick Ross Exploited in Preseason Loss

Rick Ross and the rest of the New York Nightmare were exposed this past weekend when the Seattle Stormtroopers defeated them in their preseason matchup. The Nightmare only scored three points, with their high powered offense coming up short. Tom Rayder didn’t impress anyone in his league debut, but then again, the entire Nightmare roster was atrocious in this game. Especially terrible was recent free agent signing Rick Ross. Ross, one of the league’s most polarizing figures, didn’t do much in this preseason matchup.
Ross and the Nightmare talked a great game before this matchup, but failed to back it up on the gridiron. While some may say there’s not much to read into for preseason games, it’s not entirely ridiculous to believe there may be some problems in Gotham City if things don’t pick up soon. Lineman Meyer Lansky had this to say:
“Rick Ross has been a fucking embarrassment. Maybe he should focus on doing well on the field instead of typing things in all caps on the fucking forums. This guy better get his act together or else he’s not going to survive in this city. For his sake, I hope he does it, but by the looks of it this guy is a huge bust. What a joke”
