Graphic Grading Idea

I was thinking about how people always say stuff like "I know you can do better" and how much I hate when people are docked because it's not up to that person's standards.

What if people sent their graphic entries to someone, new job?!. That person would keep track of who's is who and whatnot at the end of the submission period. Submission period could be like Monday through Friday and the weekend is the grading period, grades finalized Monday.

I don't know, I just hate it when people are docked because their entry doesn't compare with their best or whatever.

i agree with this. it shouldn't be on how good it is compared to their other stuff, everything should be in the same scale if that makes sense
