Effort 1.75/2 - I've seen way better than this from you.
Look 1.75/2 - Just not feelin this one. Sorry but just not flowing at all for me.

Effort 2/2 - No JC or HC however you used several players in the background along withthe player in the front.
Look 2/2 - I liked the colored text and the color for the player in front contrasting the ones in the back.
Creativity 1/1 -Good creativity with all the players.
