Reyes will be a Marlin now. And they're still shopping, did the Marlins rob a bank? Bastard Marlins do this in intervals haha. Stock up on prospects and spend no money, then break the bank for a world series, stock up on prospects and spend no money, then break the bank for a world series. It seems they want to capitalize on the name change, stadium switch and jersey swap with a world series. Somebody knows how to market down thur.

Last time they won the series they did it without breaking the bank though. Cabrera and Dontrelle Willis were home grown.

I mean seriously, who other than them did they have? Last time they won the series they did it without breaking the bank though. Cabrera and Dontrelle Willis were home grown.

Cabrera and Dontrelle Willis were home grown. You're lucky I read. You fucked up that quote And they had... Josh Becket, A.J. Burnett, Luis Castillo, Juan Pierre, Dereck Lee. Yeah they had basically a lot of guys who all turned it on in the same year.

And the marilins got Mark Buerhle. Honestly I like their moves so far. The need to work on the marketing hard after unleashing those atrocities they call jerseys lol

Mehh I was never a huge fan of Buerhle. Hes decent but I think they were better off using some of the money towards him in vying for CJ

They only got Buerhle because of the connection with Guillen...he will be a good mentor for the young pitchers
