he tested positive for having levels of testosterone that were twice as high as anyone has ever tested. TWICE as high.
he retested and came back negative. the first test probably was wrong

The "retest" (which more than likely won't even get considered, by the way) was just recently done, well after the fact. And whatever it was that caused the raised testosterone could have very well worn off by the time he retested it, which is why that retest won't even be considered. Also, he tested positive for synthetic testosterone, which cannot be made by your own body. |
